Operation
Indication of LED light
1) Without SD card: blue, yellow and green lights keep on
2) Memory full: green light keeps on
3) Video standby mode: blue and yellow lights keep on
4) Video recording mode: blue and yellow lights keep on, green light blinks
5) Photo standby mode: blue light keeps on
6) Photo taking mode: blue and green keeps on, 2 seconds later, green light turns off
7) Lack of power: red light blinks
8) Charging: blue and red light keeps on
9) Fully charged: blue light keeps on, red light off
Inserting SD card
Rotary to open the rear cover of the flashlight, insert the Micro SD card into the SD card slot.
Switch on
Under power off mode, push the power on/off button to left side, the blue light is on, 5 seconds later, the blue and yellow light are on at the same time, which indicates it comes to standby mode.
(Note: without Micro SD card, the green light will keep on.)
Recording video and audio
1)Under standby mode, press record/photo/save button, the green light blinks, which indicates it is recording.
2)Press record/photo/save button again, the green light is off, it stops recording and save the recording data then returns to standby mode.
Taking photo
1)Under standby mode, press record/photo/save button for about 3 seconds, the yellow light is off, which indicates it comes to photo mode.
2)Press record/photo/save button once again, the green light blinks one time and turns off, indicating one photo is taken and saved.
3)Press record/photo/save button for 3 seconds, it will return to standby mode.
Switch off
1)Under any mode, push the power on/off button to right side, all the lights are off, indicating it is power off.
2)When it is recording, please save the recording data then power off, otherwise the data will not be stored.
Charging
Under power off mode, connect the camera to the computer by USB cable, the blue light and red light keep on, indicating it is being charged. The red light is off when it is fully charged.
Playback
After recoding, connect the camera to the computer by USB cable under power off mode to playback the files. Before connecting, please make sure the computer has been installed the related player software.
Setting Time
1)Connect the camera with computer
2)Create a new “.TXT” file in the root of the disk of the camera, then rename it “userconf”
3)Open the “userconf” file, edit the time in the file. (for example: 2009-12-12 12:12:12;), save this file, copy it to the root disk and exit the flashlight, after that the time is set successfully
4)When starting the flashlight camera again next time, the time will be simultaneous as the time file.
Installation and usage of Webcam
Before using, please open the disc along with the camera, find the Driver of PC web cam.
Push power on/off key to right side, keep pressing record/photo/save button, then connect the camera to computer, three seconds later quit pressing record/photo/save button, it will comes to PC Webcam mode.
Usage of Bracket and Viewfinder
1)Installation of bracket:Push the viewfinder frontward from the bottom of camera, it will firm in the slot of back lid, rotate the viewfinder, adjust its place and make it align to the middle of the button.
(Note: make sure the arrow, on the top of viewfinder, face to the button)
2)Usage of viewfinder: the eye sight should parallel with the camera, in the edge of the head of this camera, we can see and adjust the observation distance between the eyes and viewfinder, the sight we see will coincide with the contents of the actual shoot.
